There are no refunds on digital products at all. 

  Refunds on physical  products must be made with in 5 days of purchase. usually consists of:

• Terms of return (5 days)
• State of return (un opened)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
